Cancellation Policy
Your time is important, and I’m honored you chose Lacquer Lounge for your nail care. I understand that life happens and schedules may need adjustingif possible, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. To help keep things on track, I send appointment reminders. If an appointment is missed without notice, a 50% fee of the scheduled service may apply. Running late? Please call or text. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure adequate time and quality for your service and others.
